/ Metallverarbeitung Dlask
As managing director in the third generation, Dlask is proud of what the company has achieved during its 67-year history: the company developed from a small turning machine operator to a nationally valued specialist for metal machining production.
The managing director is hands-on here and inspects every piece for its quality. A total of seven employees work in the small family-run company, including Matthias Dlasks's wife and his parents - the work atmosphere is close. It is with the greatest passion that the metal processors optimize their lathes in detail. And if Matthias Dlask sees potential for improvement on a machine, the creative head of the company simply builds his own tool for it.
Dlask Metallverarbeitung concentrates on its core competence - the machining process. The company has a flexible machine park for the turning of metallic materials - whether CNC turned parts or conventionally turned workpieces. The experienced company also takes on different types of finishing such as milling, drilling or grinding as well as the finishing and reworking of standard parts.
In the meantime, Dlask Metallverarbeitung handles work pieces made of steel and stainless steel, brass, copper and aluminum for up to 100 customers a year. The secret to success is the uncompromising orientation to quality and customers.
The traditional company Dlask recognized early on that online sales opens up new possibilities in the digital age. In 2008, the company approached the Techpilot platform to become more visible online and to establish contact to new potential customers.
Matthias Dlask uses Techpilot today to establish long-term customer relationships and to convince potential customers of the quality of his production. The managing director submits on average one offer per day on the platform and has been able to continuously expand his customer base through this. The company has been able to experience over a 25% increase in sales.
With Techpilot, the family-run company was able to establish contact to customers they would otherwise not have met - such as the dental device manufacturer Harnisch und Rieht, which is now one of the company's best customers. The company values the neutrality of the platform - the fair price model, the transparent process and the personal relationship with the contact partner convinced Matthias Dlask.
Through the continual increase in sales, the company was able to invest in their own machine park and expand their scope of services around turning and milling processes. Furthermore, the family-run company purchased a property in an industrial area and is building a modern production facility with new machines.
In the future, Matthias Dlask would like to continue to use the Techpilot platform to acquire new customers.
